The viewer is invited to connect; to become a part of the art. With the glass in between as a barrier, a connection is made once the participant and artist’s palms meet. During the connection, a section of the connectee’s face is drawn on a transparent page.
The transparent page is connection documentation that will become a larger installation project.

The viewer is invited to connect while outside of the gallery space. The gallery was not open due to the pandemic. With the glass in between as a barrier, a connection is made once the participant and artist’s palms meet.
Connection is an invitation for the viewer to connect with a clear barrier between conectees. A partial section of the connectee is marked directly on a transparency (a drawing) to document and archive the connection for the creation of a project in progress.
